The entire shoe, including the lining, is obtained from a knitted cylinder following the design and the chosen yarn, once the thicknesses of sponges and internal reinforcements have also been chosen, the all structure is thermoformed on the pre-established last using a revolutionary machinery created and engineered by our partner MACPI.

The entire shoe is free of internal and external seams while respecting rigorous criteria in terms of strength and durability.

The design of the upper is made through a computer software with which it is possible to create, in addition to various colors and design, also different textures and tensions due to the need for look and functionality.

The internal applications, in addition to the classic front counters and back counters, can be structural and aesthetic, also giving the possibility of being seen or hidden.

The external ones can be any material and thickness, such as, leathers, microfibers, eco-leathers, TPU films, cables, etc. The combinations of design, use of yarns and internal/external applications are infinite.

For assembly, components and packaging we rely on the best Italian shoe factories. We also have the possibility of reaching a remarkable level of waterproofing by working closely with our partner H-Dry.

Not having to store the traditional raw materials, in the combinations and colors necessary for the prototype but using the raw yarn and the CAD design, the process of making samples becomes very fast and inexpensive in terms of time and money.

LOW WASTE
The knitting machinery knits the upper with a three-dimensional method with which it is possible to produce the exact amount of materials needed for each shoe, eliminating any waste of material.

REDUCED CO2 EMISSIONS
The reduction of energy-saving carbon makes the work environment of the workers safer.
Huge reduction in man power (up to 80% reduction compared to traditional footwear production lines).

MINIMUM MATERIAL SUPPLY
Since the entire upper is made of yarn, the process of purchasing raw materials is cut down while maintaining infinite design and structure possibilities.
The traditional cutting process using die-cuts or CAD cutting no longer exists, except for possible external and internal applications.
